Sam was very efficient and recommended a course of action that saved us money on materials and potentially making it less attractive to thieves. The quote for the work was with us within 24 hours and the work was completed before the planned date and exactly to the cost quoted.
Since the first visit we have had further theft of the conductors. With Sam's lead we agreed on a much more secure system – running PVC coated cables behind already exiting rainwater downpipes which has hidden the conductors from view with the addition of securely concreting the cable into the ground we have a much improved and secure system.
The local crime prevention officer has been to inspect the work and is now recommending this improvement to other buildings with the same metal theft issues.
